I moved just last week and it was totally pain free from start to finish. I set the move up with Christian from Agosti's sales team and he took me through all of the pricing and procedures for move day and was able to answer every question I had in detail. The day before he called to confirm everything and gave me one final run through.
This is not my first time, but SECOND time I've used their services. These guys blew me away with how respectful, prompt, and very professional they are. They are so good, I went through my email inbox to find the confirmation email from the last time they moved us, to move us again! Worth every penny and then some!
Agosti's moving and storage was amazing! They were prompt and fast and so professional! They moved me from my old location to my new one so fast! Made my initial contact to Christian Agosti, he guided me through the steps to get me moved. I booked a month in advance and he was always available to answer my questions. On the move day Alex Rodriguez and Ernie showed up. The only packing they had to do was some artwork and lamps. Again very professional.
This is a family-run company, and I truly feel I was treated as a member of their family. Their customer service has been exceptional, their moving services very efficient and professional, and I would not only highly recommend this company, but gladly use them again if the need arises! I had such an incredible moving experience with Agostis! Not only were they able to move me all the way from Northridge to San Jose in the time frame that I wanted, but they were able to do it at an incredible price! Every other company I looked into charged nearly double, and could not guarantee my stuff arriving the day I wanted.
Carlos Agosti and all his employees are great people. I recommend you talk with them and get an estimate. Our 500 mile move went very quickly, they worked very hard, they took good care of everything, and nothing was broken. Also, their price was very competitive, certainly not overpriced.
